  1. Checking the location and surroundings of the facility, including: 
    - assessment of the correctness of the marking of the object on the access roads - it also concerns the analysis of the website in terms of proper driving directions, 
    - availability and cleanliness of the car park and the surroundings of the facility,

  2. Examination of the quality of reception and registration activities: 
    - evaluation of the professionalism of the behavior and appearance of the staff in accordance with the checklist, 
    - checking how the staff operates during the night hours, if aplicable, 
    - assessment of the level of information provided about the services offered by the facility, 
    - an attempt to talk to the staff about the quality of the facility
    and satisfaction with the job, 
    - assessment of the quality and equipment of the facility, with particular emphasis on cleanliness, efficiency of the electrical installation and all equipment on its equipment. 
  3. Testing the quality of service - in accordance with the Procedure and Verification of other criteria - according to your expectations. 
  4. How we do that? - observation and interviews.
